Key Initiatives

Lightweighting Technology

Our proprietary Lite-Loc design reduces plastic usage by 15-20% per bottle without compromising strength. This innovation has eliminated 45 million pounds of plastic annually since 2018, equivalent to removing 2,800 trucks from highways.

Post-Consumer Resin (PCR)

We integrate up to 50% PCR content in select product lines, diverting 120 million pounds of plastic from landfills annually. Our PCR bottles meet identical performance standards as virgin resin through advanced processing and quality controls.

Renewable Energy

40% of our electricity now comes from solar and wind sources. Our York, PA facility operates on 100% renewable energy, reducing CO2 emissions by 8,500 metric tons annually—equal to taking 1,850 cars off the road.

Water Conservation

Closed-loop cooling systems and process optimization cut water consumption by 35% per unit produced. We treat and recycle 85% of process water through on-site filtration, reducing municipal water demand by 450 million gallons yearly.

Zero Waste to Landfill

22 of our 90 facilities have achieved zero-waste-to-landfill certification, with remaining sites targeting certification by 2027. We recycle 95% of production scrap back into manufacturing through strategic partnerships with reprocessors.

Industry Collaboration

Active membership in The Recycling Partnership and Association of Plastic Recyclers drives systemic change. Our technical experts collaborate on developing industry standards for recyclability and designing packaging for circularity.
